“Thank you for trusting us” was always the last sentence in our email response. Being part of a supermarket customer service before and during the pandemic months was incredibly inspiring. I saved the funniest, disrespectful, or arrogant comments sent by real people to show that behind all customer services workers are trying to do their best and being polite, and it’s not always easy. Most of the sentences are related to home service shopping.
